The Pink Door is a fashion forward boutique located near the Kingsway in Etobicoke. We are passionate about our products and our customers. We are looking for an equally passionate, creative and proactive person to assist in managing our physical locations and contribute to our growing and active social media presence.

**As the Pink Door Key Holder** you are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building and promoting our brand. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will be accountable for leading the team and supervising daily operations and achieving business goals.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Monitoring and overseeing store inventory
- Assisting the store manager in daily operations
- Motivating, encouraging and inspiring your team
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
- Performing opening and closing procedures
- Contributing to social media platforms
- Processing and managing all incoming merchandising shipments

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Retail experience including visual merchandising, clienteling, store operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
- Strong English communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong time management skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to details
- Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
- Ability to delegate tasks and take ownership
- Ability to lead a team in a positive and inclusive matter

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
- retail management: 1 year (preferred)
