The Data Analytics and Web Project Manager will be part of the National Marketing team. This newly created role will support all areas of Marketing communications and manage our internal web development team, leading the design, development, and implementation of digital analytic solutions. The incumbent will be in charged of building cooperative and productive relationships with developers, vendors, and internal business partners, and work closely with Manager, Digital & CRM to co-develop strategies, analyze results, and implement optimizations to achieve business objectives and departmental KPIs.

**Responsibilities**
- Data Analytics (independent)
- Strategic member of the Marketing team, leading insights reporting and PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) process for all Marketing campaigns
- Provide insight and analysis to co-develop core KPIs for National Marketing department leveraging historical data insights in collaboration with our agency partners, leveraging a sophisticated data model.
- Develop, document, and maintain KPI libraries/reporting standards to measure performance.
- Build out the interconnected analytics roadmap, outlining enhancements to existing analytics along with new and evolving analytics.
- Identify ways to improve the quality and accessibility of data, partnering with sales, marketing, product planning, and IT teams.
- Track the performance of our website and search marketing (SEO/SEM) to recommend optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate measurement and reporting of digital advertising campaigns, website performance, and other marketing activities in partnership with other marketing team leads.
- Unleash the power of available marketing data to drive actionable insights for the marketing team.
- Web Development (supported by a team)
- Plan and prioritize website improvements in collaboration with internal stakeholders, then support execution through our in-house Web Development team.
- SEO insights and implementation.
- Act as Project Lead for a team of web designers and developers on web & technology projects that benefit multiple areas of the organization including web development, system integrations, etc.
- Key stakeholder as lead of Kia.ca projects, analytics, and insights.
- Develop a reporting and insights strategy for Kia.ca to analyze, report on and suggest optimizations to the consumer journey.
- Implement site tagging strategy, event tracking, and ensure proper reporting of website user behaviour data.

**Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Required**
- Preferably post-secondary education in technical field such as Marketing, business, statistics, analytically based discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of directly related experience.
- Web Analytics: Expert user of Google Analytics 360 and GA4.
- Understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is helpful, but not required.
- Tag Management: Expert user of Google Tag Manager. Other tool background is an asset.
- Tag Auditing: Proficient with tag auditing tools such as Tag Inspector or WASP.
- Demonstrated proficiency with marketing analytics, including campaign lift studies, attribution modelling, and media mix modeling.
- Data visualization tool expertise is a strong asset (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Willing and able to support functions across Kia Canada with web development / system integration projects on an ad hoc basis.
- Experience with JIRA or similar task management tools is an asset.
- An experienced people leader with a focus on developing high performing teams with a technological background.
- Experience leading large scale technology projects from start to finish, including cross functional meetings, critical path development, contract and proposal development and budget ownership.
- Passion for data, insights and doing great work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for proposal development, budget tracking and overall project management requirements.
