SSG Nexus Security Group Ltd. has been providing high-end concierge services to condominiums in the Toronto area. We are always looking to add new experienced members to our roster.

**Important**

**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY OVERNIGHTS**

**Salary: $16.00 per hour**

**Area: (Downtown Toronto)**, Ontario, Area - site is accessible to public transportation

**Shifts: Part-time, Friday, Saturday & Sunday**

**Flexible and available to work overnight**

**Required**
- A valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR certificate
- Must be able to communicate verbally and written in English
- Must be comfortable working at a Desk performing Desk Duties and conducting patrols on foot.
- Must maintain a full concierge uniform and perform all duties in a professional manner at all times.
- Prior service-industry experience or training required.
- References will be requested.

**Desired skills and experience**:.
- A customer service focused background in retail or service industry
- Eagerness to progress and be recognized
- A member of a dedicated team

**Job Requirements**:

- Greet and Welcome all Guests in the Area
- Conduct Access Control
- Answering Phone Calls & Receiving Packages including logging them in the database when Required
- Interior & Exterior Patrols as required, including but not restricted to parking lots, stairwells, hallways, common area facilities
- Answering all Tenant Questions and Inquires.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service by being polite and professional at all times.
- Coordinating & Liaising with Police and other Emergency Services Providers as Required
- Providing Detailed Reports Including Occurrence, Incident, and Patrol Reports as Required
- Reporting and Documenting any Safety Hazards to the Site Supervisor as required.
- Must follow all SOP protocols including time management and attendance.
