SUMMARY
**Pay Scale**: $28.50 to $30.00
**Shift**: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze, Create and maintain regular reports of KPI to review with management and Delivery partners.
- Collaboration, development and updating of delivery training materials.
- Complete knowledge financial aspects of each client, billing and settlements approval.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Client/Retailer SOP’s.
- Assist in the onboarding of new Delivery Partners (SOP development, training etc.).
- KPI audits and corrective action plans
- NPS awareness, auditing, and improvement programs.
- Route Audits (random and unannounced delivery audits).
- Manage and document the initial, recurring and “as needed” training programs.
- Identify and resolve product and property damage root causes
- Management of Delivery Partner recycling and waste responsibilities ( Loadout and Offload Process )
- Assist Compliance department with Delivery Partner documents and renewals (1st level of escalation).
- Regular participation in dock meetings and load outs.
- Collaboration with claims and other departments to investigate and resolve claims.
- Assist Delivery Partners with resource guidance (contingency planning, business guidance, etc.).
- Training of Delivery App (TMS) usage and compliance.
- Ensure the company’s brand and reputation is upheld (100% uniform compliance, clean truck policy, safety etc.)
- Experienced with financial aspects of managing clients and Delivery Partners
- Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE
- Excellent excel skills (Using advanced functions, look ups and filters)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership ( Team leading and Delivery Partners )
- Familiar with delivery software and tracking systems.
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Transportation Industry experience is preferred

EDUCATION
- College Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field required and/or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
