MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Overview: The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of our packhouses, produce inventory management, ensuring high quality standards and maintaining communication between the packhouses, logistics and sales.

Reporting to: Operations Manager
- Supervise the operations in the packhouses and plan day-to-day schedules
- Train workers in their duties and provide continuous mentoring/guidance
- Ensure Food Safety policies are followed
- Assign lot numbers for accurate produce traceability
- Consume produce inventory and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Ensure smooth operations of equipment by timely arranging maintenance/repairs
- Recommend and implement productivity and product quality improvement
- Coordinate communications between the packhouses, logistics and sales to ensure

efficiency and timely fulfilment of orders
- Support Sales in conversations with customers about deliveries and product

quality, and in organizing/processing sales and logistics related paperwork

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
