Account Executive

**Objectives of this Role**
- Represent the company’s products and services, using in-depth knowledge to address customer needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales executives and other team members to set up sales strategies and ensure successful conversions.
- Contribute to refining the company’s lead-generation strategy.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Conduct cold calling to book meetings with business owners and C-level executives.
- Set up meetings, manage calendars, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and sales executives.
- Deliver basic industry and product information to potential clients and answer their questions.
- Build and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the sales manager.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak confidently to C-level executives and business owners.
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in CRM tools like Zoho or equivalent.
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience as a Sales Development Representative or Account Executive with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
