**What you will be doing**:
- On-Site and Remote Technical Support for Windows OS, computer deployment, user setup for domain access, Google Workspace, Office 365 and Android phones
- Maintaining Windows Server based network including routers, firewalls, and switches
- Maintain Avaya based IP phone system
- Creation and maintenance of Google Java Scripts to support Google Forms, Sheets & Docs
- Creation of Visual Basic automation for both MS Excel and MS Word.
- End user support for our custom in-house database system
- Assist in analyzing IT requirements and provide objective advice on the use of Technology
- Work with staff to improve cyber security awareness
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Technical diploma or equivalent employment experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Server 2019 or later
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft 365
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Skilled in Visual Basic & Java Script coding
- Experience troubleshooting systems
- Experience training others is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Background Check Process & Requirements**:
- As a part of the selection process, The Family Centre will conduct reference checks with your most recent employers.
- Police Information Check Vulnerable Sector (completed within the last 6 months)
- Child Intervention Records Check (completed within the last 6 months)
