What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to work with our PMO team and Senior Leadership team to deliver on Sienna Senior Living's key strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with stakeholders to ensure business and technology outcomes can be achieved through a common understanding of the goals/objectives of the project.
- Manages and provides governance on single stream projects ranging in complexity. These projects may be part of a program managed by a Senior Project Manager.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to establish and align on scope, plan and key milestones.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to define assumptions, risks, dependencies and constraints.
- Plans and manages the delivery of aligned scope to achieve project objectives and goals within an agreed to time frame.
- Identify, forecast, monitor and control costs so the project is completed within the approved budget.
- Ensure materials that are needed during the project are procured and managed with vendors and suppliers for successful completion of the project
- Ensure quality measures are planned into each deliverable to ensure the project will satisfy the needs for which it was undertaken.
- Coordinates with business and technology for resource needs for the project
- Collaborate with applicable stakeholders to plan, implement and manage the defined people change management aspects of the project.
- Ensure there is appropriate project communication both horizontally and vertically.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of project health and status of deliverables
- In collaboration with applicable project stakeholders, develops and implements appropriate strategies (including escalation) for identified risks and issues.
- Perform other duties as required

- On Time Delivery
- Target - Approved time-line + approved CR’s = Actual Launch Date
- Stretch - to deliver earlier than the agreed to time-line
- On Budget Delivery
- Target - not to exceed the approved Budget + approved CR
- Stretch - to deliver under the agreed to budget by more than 10%
- Project Quality/Satisfaction
- Standard Target - Project Satisfaction score is 3/Satisfied
- Stretch - Obtain Survey score of 4/Very Satisfied or 5/Extremely Satisfied
- Compliance with PMO standards
- Use of applicable artifacts
- Compliance with Document Management and Records Retention Policies
- Positive feedback from project sponsors and key stakeholders

Who You Are:

- University degree or college diploma in business, computing science, or health-related field.
- 5+ years’ related experience in project management.
- PMP Certified with a sound understanding of project and change management methodologies and tools.
- You have strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and secure alignment from stakeholders and project team members
- You have good presentation skills with the ability to present
- You have highly effective problem solving and strong time management skills
