Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Operations, the Customer Operations Co-op/Intern will be responsible for supporting the work of customer growth and revenue operations teams through the use of the technology stack at Fiix.

**What you will do**:

- Assist the Customer Operations Manager and Specialist with data, system and process changes
- Ensure the integrity of database health by focusing on data completeness, enrichment and hygiene
- Work cross functionally with other operations teams to support ongoing projects
- Adopt agile methodology and ensure cases are completed accurately and on time
- Learn and leverage an array of tools, such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Intercom, and more
- Support the Revenue Operations team with systems issues related to the sales process
- Complete a special project that will be assigned to you
- Ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-growth software company, with access to internal resources for personal development
- You should be expected to finish this placement with a strong understanding of SaaS operations and tools

- Pursuing a degree or diploma in business, economics or STEM
- Salesforce/CRM experience a bonus
