- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des calendriers pour les problèmes de maintenance récurrents et les inspections.

**A privately owned Montreal-based real estate and development firm is presently looking for an assistant property manager.**
- 3-5 years of related commercial property management experience.
- Good knowledge of building systems and operations.
- Attention to details and processes
- Good command of French and English (spoken and written).
- Organizational skills - Ability to prioritise.
- Able to effectively manage time constraints and deadlines.
- Availability in case of unforeseen circumstances or emergency
- Leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
- Able to make minor repairs would be an asset.
- Possess a vehicle and able to travel to the various properties. (milage compensated)
- Security clearance - A background verification will be required for employment.
- Provide support to the property manager in the day-to-day operations of several commercial and residential properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, trades and suppliers.
- Respond appropriately and in a timely manner to tenant requirements
- Periodic inspection and reporting of the condition of the properties.
- Organise, tender and supervise minor renovation projects.
- Respond in a timely and appropriate manner to property maintenance and repairs requirements.
- Implement and oversee operating procedures and policies appropriate for the properties.
- Develop and implement schedules for recuring maintenance issues and inspections.
- Tender and supervise the execution of various service contracts or projects.
- Contract and manage janitorial and cleaning services.
- Respond to emergency calls.
- Assist in the leasing of suites and apartments and rent collection.
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
