**BUSINESS ADVISOR**
**_This is a 12 month contract position with possibility of permanent employment following the completion of the contract_**.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Overall portfolio management and oversight
- Specific category insights and expertise
- Offer executive level strategic support to clients
- Continued education in the specific line of business
- Collaborate on the strategic planning and business evolution for our clients
- Work with clients to better understand what we are solving for and outline the briefs to support new opportunities with existing clients
- Work with the business development team on new opportunities
- Work with the consulting committee and SME leads to translate the briefs
- Collaboration with the studios to ensure the integrity of briefs that move to activation
- Develop recommendations, proposals and scope of work
- Collaborate with all parts of the business (strategy, technology, studio), in order to advance our clients' brands and their products
- Improve efficiency of accounts and optimize processes
- Earn the trust of clients and the team
The Business Advisor's responsibilities may also include: annual strategic planning, ideation, concepting of platforms (brand outreach, websites, digital product, e-commerce etc.) and optimization of results.
**You are familiar with**:_Client Management: _
- Serve as a primary point of contact for, and build strong relationships with, our current and prospective clients seeking advice and direction on their marketing needs;
- Support clients on their strategic planning and business evolution;
- Consistently forecast revenue, meet targets and work around unforeseen circumstances;
- Effectively manage and report on major client issues, business development opportunities and results.
- Team Collaboration: _
- Motivate the team to push themselves out of their comfort zones and to deliver great work;
- Collaborate with the creative, tech, media and studio teams for a strong integrated service offer;
- Business Development: _
- Grow our business by proactively presenting ideas to clients, spotting opportunities, and helping the team with new business pitches.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital consumer experience
- Sense of initiative and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in French (nice to have)
- Familiarity with business strategy and/or management consulting services and solutions
- Well rehearsed in 360 consumer experience
- Structured, organised, positive and proactive
- Detail-oriented

Les conseillers apportent une valeur stratégique dans leur champ d'expertise, à nos clients, gestionnaires de projets, et experts en jouant un rôle de partenaire en affaires pour nos services, solutions et produits.

**Responsabilités**:
- Gestion et supervision de portfolios;
- Insights et expertise sur des catégories spécifiques;
- Offrir un support de stratégie exécutive au clients;
- Apprentissage en continu dans les lignes différentes d'affaires;
- Collaboration sur la planification stratégique et l'évolution d'affaires de nos clients;
- Travail avec nos clients pour mieux avoir une meilleure compréhension des problématiques, compléter les briefs afin de supporter les nouvelles opportunités des clients existants;
- Travail avec l'équipe de développement d'affaires sur de nouvelles opportunités;
- Travail avec le comité de consultation et les gestionnaires experts pour traduire les briefs;
- Collaboration avec les studios pour assurer l'intégrité des briefs qui vont vers l'activation;
- Développement des recommandations et propositions;
- Collaborer avec avec plusieurs parties de l'entreprise (stratégie, technologie, studio) afin de faire croître les marques et produits de nos clients;
- Améliorer l'efficacité des comptes et optimiser les processus;
- Gagner la confiance des clients et de l'équipe.
Les responsabilités pourraient aussi inclure: la planification de stratégie annuelle, la création, la conception de plateformes (campagnes, sites webs, produits digitaux, commerce en ligne, etc.) et l'optimisation de résultats.
