We are looking to add a talented Field Services Manager to the team

The purpose of the Field Services Manager is to oversee all technician services. S/he will create the best possible customer experience by ensuring projects are completed on budget and within specifications. S/he will Identify and sequence the activities required to meet the project goals, and determining the resources needed to successfully complete the project. Developing a project plan and schedule technicians accordingly.

The primary duties and responsibilities of the Field Services Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Scheduling/Routing/Dispatching of Service TechniciansCoordinating accommodations where out of town work is required.
- Manage projects from start to finish (e.g., Installations, inspection projects, Service calls etc.)Effectively communicate expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.

Analyze past volume and staffing patterns and can implement changes based on the forecast/seasonality of the business.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsIssuing and receiving of P/O’s
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Works closely with other departments to identify staffing gaps.Analyze past volume and staffing patterns and will implement changes based on the forecast/seasonality of the business
- Possession of a post-secondary degree in business or equivalent working experience with a demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers.
- Exceptional time management and organization skillsThe ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on communication skills (verbal / written)
- A background in industrial safety is an asset

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ayr, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Field Services Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
- Quoting: 1 year (preferred)
