**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist installers in various construction tasks including siding installation, and finishing work.
- Cut and prepare siding for installers.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
- Perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects, and carrying materials as required.
- Set up and dismantle pump jack scaffolding equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in construction practices.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude on the job site.
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable vehicle for travel to and from job sites

**Certifications**
- Working at Heights
- WHMIS
- First aid (not required)
