**Job Summary**:
Relief Manager Job Description
- **Coverage**:_
- The general work hours are 9am - 5pm on Sundays and Mondays. The staff must be available for emergency phone calls after hours on workdays.
- The nature of this position is that it may require evening, weekend, or holiday coverage. Communication will be made when coverage outside of the normal working hours is required.
- **Tenant Relations**:_
- Address tenant concerns and inquiries, documenting all communications and reporting back to the regular manager.
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections as required, ensuring proper documentation filing and storage, and provide reports to the regular manager.
- Serve notices of entry or other time sensitive notices as required. - Provide access for vendors and service providers as needed.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- **Safety and Compliance**:_
- Be familiar with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Perform building walkthroughs and report signs of abnormalities and break-ins.
- Read and have a thorough understanding of the Operations and Maintenace manuals provided.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Keep abreast of regular updates.
- **Reporting**:_
- Rely information about building and tenants requests to the building manager. Others:

- Conduct all other reasonable duties as requested by the Property Manager or owner.

We are seeking a dedicated Relief Manager to join our team. The Relief Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management.
- **PAY**:_
- $200 a day plus possible rent reduction if living on site.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $200.00 per day

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- On call
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

**Experience**:
