**Job Description**:
This management position is based at the Montreal airport.
Do you have a lot of experience in workforce management (schedules, overtime, etc.), are you bilingual and looking for a new challenge?
Would you like to directly manage a team of around 20 people and work day shifts, Monday to Friday?
Here are the main responsibilities you'll have as Head of Workforce and Performance Management:
- Responsible for managing the station’s manpower resources.
- Responsible for schedule’s accuracy, medium and long term planning.
- Responsible for attendance policy, overtime allocation guidelines.
- Supervise planners, coordinators and trainers.
- Responsible of the Operations team.
- Responsible for equipment management.
- Responsible for the management of qualifications and the required number.
- Identify new business opportunities and service development.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the airline industry/operations.
- Relevant Supervisory experience.
- Experience in all aspects of duties normally assigned to all station employees.
- Bilingualism (French, English).
- Knowledge of MS Office and communication tools as per telephone and radio.
- Excellent aptitude for personnel management and communication skills.
