Revit Draftsman

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit.
- Develop plans for construction projects, including layouts, sections, and details.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Modify existing drawings based on feedback from team members or changes in project scope.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Utilize Civil 3D for civil engineering projects as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, including 2D animation or Sketchup models.
- Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions for future reference.

**Experience**
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MicroStation, and Civil 3D is essential.
- Experience with Revit for architectural drafting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Sketchup for creating 3D models is a plus.
- Previous experience in drafting or design roles within an engineering or architectural environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
