**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sponsorship Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy for all multimedia channels (print, digital, and events).
- Design tiered packages, including Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Supporting levels, with clear ROI for partners.
- Create custom sponsorship opportunities across the printed magazine (20K PCP clinics), wellness journals (50K clients), online platforms, and the annual Healthier Aging Summit.
- Research and identify potential partners aligned with Total Life's mission, including health companies, digital health/ tech firms, senior living providers, and wellness brands.
**Relationship Building & Management**:
- Establish and nurture partnerships with partners, including outreach, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Work closely with internal teams to align partners with Total Life's branding and mission.
**Content Development & Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to integrate partners into the magazine, journals, and online content without compromising authenticity.
- Lead the events team to design and execute sponsorship activations at the annual summit, including exhibit booths, keynote slots, and branding opportunities.
**Revenue Growth & Performance Tracking**:
- Set revenue targets and consistently meet or exceed goals through sponsorship deals.
- Implement tracking mechanisms (e.g., unique URLs, QR codes) to measure sponsorship performance and ROI.
- Provide sponsors with regular performance reports and insights to demonstrate the impact of their investment.
**Annual Event Management**:
- Lead the sponsorship component of the Healthier Aging Summit, including sponsorship sales, partnership management, and on-site activation.
- Work with the event team to ensure seamless sponsor integration into summit programming.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 3+ years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in media, healthcare, or events.
- ** Skills**:
- Proven track record of designing and selling sponsorship packages across multimedia platforms.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with high-level executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling pitches.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing sponsorship performance.
- ** Knowledge**:
- Familiarity with healthcare, mental health, and wellness industries is highly preferred.
- Understanding of multimedia content production (print, digital, events).
- ** Traits**: Self-starter, strategic thinker, and results-oriented professional with a passion for making an impact.
