IT Administrator

Brandt is currently looking to fill an IT Administrator role in our Regina, SK location. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Administrator to join our team. As the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and support requests, the IT Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's technology infrastructure and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and requests.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
- Document and maintain IT procedures, guidelines, and knowledge base articles.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, such as system migrations and software deployments.
- Train and educate end-users on IT best practices and procedures.

Required Experience
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related discipline, or a minimum of two years of experience in a related role is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and other directory services
