Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and Skilled** BMC Helix -(BMC ,Remedy ,ITSM,Remedy ARS ) **for one of our clients

**Position: BMC Helix -(BMC ,Remedy ,ITSM,Remedy ARS )**

**Location: 525 University Avenue, Toronto,Ontario (Remote/Hybrid)**

**Duration: Long Term Contract**

**Must haves**:

- Hands-on experience executing migrations of on-premise ITSM tools to SaaS
- Proven ability to gather, consolidate, and document stakeholder requirements
- Expert experience with Remedy ITSM and CMDB, 5+ years
- Expert experience with Remedy ARS development, 5+ years
- Expert experience with BMC DWP, DWP catalogue and Smart-IT, 3+ years
- Experience adding customizations to Smart-IT
- Experience with SmartRecorder and Chatbot, 3+ years
- Experience with BMC Client Management, 1+ years
- Experience using BMC Dashboards
- Strong experience with BMC RKM, 1+ years
- Experience with integrating BMC Remedy/Helix with Atlassian JIRA

**Criteria Details**:

- Experience adding customizations to Smart-IT: 10 points
- Experience with SmartRecorder and Chatbot, 3+ years: 10 points
- Experience with BMC Client Management, 1+ years: 5 points
- Experience using BMC Dashboards: 10 points
- Strong experience with BMC RKM,1+ years: 10 points

**Total: 100 points**

**Deliverables**
- Act as Senior Consultant to help in the adoption of the following Helix features:

- SmartIT
- SmartRecorder
- Chatbot
- Knowledge Management
- Act as Senior Consultant to help in the migration of OTN Remedy from on-premises to existing Helix SaaS
- Engage in the build and development activities of the work mentioned above.
- Support in house Remedy team in ongoing operational activities.
- Document build and install steps for the respective products.
- Build, document, and test migration scripts.
- Gather requirements and negotiate with stakeholders to arrive at out-of-the-box solutions for their requirements as much as possible.
- Provide strategies regarding upgrade options of our Remedy ITSM toolset.
- Provide detailed descriptions of the various capabilities (especially new capabilities) of the Remedy ITSM toolset, including doing demos of them.
