We are looking for a dynamic, autonomous, proactive, curious and creative marketing coordinator to complement our great team in the commercial rental division. **ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate and organize visibility events such as 5 to 7 and free visits to commercial premises
- Coordinate marketing projects with various stakeholders and ensure cohesion with the team
- Create content, and orchestrate the editorial calendar of social networks
- Ensure the production of various communication tools
- Manage the production of newsletters and advertising banners
- Monitor the performance of marketing activities, document the actions taken and suggest improvements
- Participate in the creation of videos
- Track budgets and deadlines

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of experience related to the position
