**Job Description**:
The Plant Production Operator is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and begin growing your career in the glass manufacturing industry. The role is responsible for observing production lines to ensure they are running smoothly and there are no impediments.

**The Production Operator should have**:

- Mechanical aptitude
- A desire to learn and grow within our industry
- Be highly safety conscious

**The Production Operator** **will**:

- Monitor the controls to ensure the machines continue to operate effectively
- Clear any jams that impede the production line
- Inspect cartons and bottles for any obvious defects

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
- Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime as required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Able to work in a team environment
- Must be authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis

**Hourly Wage**:The hourly wage for this position is $21.49.
