**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Forklift Driver is responsible for raw material and finished product movement throughout the plant and will support the production flow of steel components coming off the presses in the stamping department. This position is also responsible for loading and unloading bins from trailers and prepping steel coils at the presses.

**SHIFT AVAILABLE**

Two-Week Rotation (8 hour shifts):
Days: 6:00am - 2:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Afternoons: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday to Friday)

**SPECIFIC DUTIES**
- Ensure that press operators have sufficient raw material.
- Ensure that finished WIP is moved out of the press area in a timely manner.
- Ensure that production fall-off scrap is dumped in the proper containers - separating the steel.
- Scan WIP inventory into designated locations.
- Scan WIP for outside service into designated locations.
- Move completed bins to the inspection areas and an empty bin to press area.
- Ensure raw material required for the presses is moved to the press prior to die set up, including coils.
- Scan finished product from production floor onto trailers for delivery to the Warehouse.
- Other tasks as assigned by Supervisors.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Must have the ability to operate the lift truck.
- Experience operating overhead crane would be an asset.
- Experience with CMS scanning.
- Attention to detail is a must in this position.

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**
- $21.74 per hour

**Salary**: $21.74 per hour
