Administrative Assistant

Graceview Enterprises is seeking a motivated and committed individual to join our team and fill the position of **Administrative Assistant**. We specialise in the construction of institutional projects: places of worship, schools, community centres, etc. in the London, Woodstock, and St. Thomas area.

The Administrative Assistant reports to the Operations Manager (OM) and is required to interact professionally with all co-workers, representing Graceview’s core values consistently through example; similarly, to communicate and interact courteously with clients and consultants, as well as trades and suppliers. The Administrative Assistant is a key player in promoting a positive, cheerful office environment.

Job requirements would include assisting with the following: general reception and office duties, correspondence distribution and clerical duties; management of office supplies; preparation of tenders; project management activities and clerical accounting tasks. The position will be approximately 41.5 hours per week. We offer competitive wages, health benefits and a safe working environment.
