**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate Bobcat/Skid Steer to move materials as needed on job site.
- Operate pallet dismantler saw to break down scrap pallets
- Build and Repair Pallets
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and minor mechanical repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while adhering to safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating heavy machinery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with Bobcats/Skid Steer
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
- A commitment to safety practices on the job site.
