**What your daily life will look like**:
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounts and sites within your designated portfolio.
- **Site visits; **Conduct on-site visits to stores in your area to ensure compliance with safety and customer service standards
- **Account management; **Create and foster strong relationships with key customers and store managers. Deal with all complaints or problems promptly and in a timely manner ensuring the utmost satisfaction at all times
- **People management; **Manage all personnel issues for hourly cleaners at your sites for internal contractors and subcontractors, including scheduling, conflicts, hiring, training, performance management and discipline
- **Operations Management; Manage the planning of operational activities,** direct, organize and control all activities in assigned locations ensuring full completion of the scope of work. Monitor and manage client-specific KPIs to ensure they are met or exceeded
- **Owner-operator management; **Ensure owner-operators have a complete understanding of the scope of work of the contract. Provide coaching and performance management, including issuing warnings as required
- **financial administration; **Manage invoice control, budget, profits and reconciliation of all accounts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Minimum of 5 years of management experience
- Experience in delivering customer-centric solutions to customer needs, with a demonstrated ability to communicate and connect
- Intermediate computer skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel, ability to create and edit reports as needed
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- General understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and profitability
- Strong delegation skills with the ability to motivate and solve employee problems
- Must be able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated reliability with the ability to work flexible hours, be available for communication at all times and travel (possible nights and weekends required)
- Subject matter expert in commercial cleaning, including, but not limited to: garbage removal; dusting; clean toilets, break rooms, offices, conference rooms; sweeping and cleaning floors; vacuuming floors; window washing; floor polishing; stripping and waxing floors; stone care; carpet cleaning; carpet stains; padding cleaning
- Valid driver's licence in good standing
