Communication between Deep Down Cleaning Services Ltd, Customer & Employees/Partners

- Responsible for participation in the development and implementation of annual plans by customer banners (annual waxing schedules/, budgets, potential add on sales opportunities).
- Build strong relationships with customers and business partners at all level (cross-selling, building trust, deliver superior customer service, consistency, follow through, be a Deep Down Cleaning Services Ltd ambassador and represent the brand positively).
- Single point of contact at store level with customer for the communication between Deep Down Cleaning Services Ltd and the customer for all services (nights, day services, outside services, etc.) and various departments within Deep Down Cleaning Services Ltd.
- Address concerns and provide timely and effective solutions to problems.
- Set expectations with Partners, provide training, coaching & mentoring.
- Lead and or support key Deep Down Cleaning Services operational processes.
- Ensure H & S & uniform compliance for all partners & cleaners.
- Support Sr. Mgmt. for operational costing for new & existing business.
- Monitor asset inventory, including but not limited to, equipment and supplies.
Revenue growth in existing business
- Implement transitions of new business in compliance with customer transition process.
- Lead Partner Training (Scope + Equipment) and support Partner Effectiveness.
- Lead daily/weekly mentoring and coaching of Partners & employees on banner performance and customer scope of works.

- Available to address customer and Partners/Employees needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Ability to deal with high level of stress and solve problems as they arise.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as needed.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
