Job Title: Shipping Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
Must be able to generate estimates for local and international shipping Must be able to print business docs, pamphlets, posters, banners Shredding sensitive information docs with in the give deadlines Advance knowledge of Illustrator, adobe would be an asset Train workers in job duties Supervise, plan, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of materials, parts and products; processing purchasing transactions; coordinating production work; dispatching crews; scheduling transportation crews and routes; and other related activities
- Oversee the shipping department and ensure efficient and timely delivery of products
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to prioritize and schedule shipments
- Supervise a team of shipping clerks and provide guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure adequate stock
- Develop and implement shipping procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to address any shipping-related issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipping documentation
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with different departments and external stakeholders
- Problem-solving abilities to address any issues or delays in the shipping process
- Proficiency in using shipping software and systems

**Salary**: $26.00-$27.00 per hour
