**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and train staff members to deliver exceptional service and meet sales goals
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in creating and implementing store policies and procedures
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and employee performance evaluations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Experience in recruiting and training employees is preferred
- Knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll is beneficial

**Skills**:

- Customer service: Ability to provide exceptional service and resolve customer issues effectively
- Retail sales: Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to drive sales growth
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Budgeting: Understanding of financial management principles to control expenses and maximize profitability
- Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but not required
- Administrative: Proficiency in handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Cashiering: Experience handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Payroll: Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual, Freelance, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
