**At CharityBids, we help non-profit organizations elevate their fundraising efforts through auction consignment packages, event production, talent procurement, and out-of-the-box solutions with proven results. This specific role of Reservations Agent will place an emphasis on the auction consignment sector.**

Essentially, when charities and non-profit organizations auction off our packages, each winner must be contacted to coordinate and facilitate their upcoming trip or experience - this is where you come in.

With this role at CharityBids, we are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, organized, and friendly professional to assist our Reservations Manager in day-to-day operations.

This role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

- Communicating with package winners, providing top notch customer service, and a well-rounded understanding of our packages
- Reserving flights, accommodations, and reservations for individual clients and groups within allocated budgets
- Making arrangements for transportation, car rentals, tours, events, and leisure activities
- Resolving any issues that may arise with respect to booking and reservations
- Assist the Reservations Manager with various ongoing projects
- Developing a wealth of knowledge in this sector to be able to answer any questions that clients may have when engaging in the reservation process
- Manage communications with clients, airlines, hotels, businesses, and other entities on a daily basis
- Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options, and travel costs, making recommendations where they see fit.
