**Responsibilities include**:

- Co-ordinating, updating, reconciling, and auditing all records pertaining to the dealership inventory of trucks and trailers.
- Coordinating and assigning tasks to yard workers, providing clear instructions and guidance
- Ensuring that equipment is well inspected and prepared for sale.
- Preparing work schedules and procedures of the workshop
- Managing the movement of vehicle to and from vehicle display areas, sales department, or other storage areas to designated location as needed to maintain inventory and assist customers and other dealership employees in retrieval of vehicles.
- Ensuring all required documentation is placed in vehicles, including but not limited to window stickers, manuals, promotional materials.
- Ensuring the organization of all Equipment.
- Ensuring the Bay area and yard spaces are highly organized.
- Operating all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
- Following and managing all attendance and punctuality standards.
- Leading and supervising yard staff to ensure collaborative, organized, and efficient work.
- Ensuring all health, safety, and security measures are followed.
- Ensuring on-time deliveries of Trucks/Trailers.
- Maintaining accurate and organized Yard records.
- Following proper guidelines/procedures while receiving or delivering any equipment
- Arranging for maintenance and repair work.
- Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Working closely with internal team and departments to utilize the tools available, to ensure you are successful in your role.
- Upholding the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.

**Remuneration**:

- Base salary

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Repairs and Workshop: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mississauga, ON L5T 2R2 (preferred)
