Expressway Trucks Waterloo is one of Canada's premiere Volvo and Hino Truck Dealers and is Southwestern Ontario's leading truck sales and service provider. Our Ayr location is currently seeking a full-time **Accounting Coordinator**, specializing in **Accounts Payable**.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Entry of accounts payable invoices into Karmak accounting software.
- Reconcile vendor statements and obtain missing invoices as required.
- Maintain Vendor database.
- GL account reconciliations relating to Accounts Payable.
- Perform regular cheque runs.
- Cover Reception duties as needed (in absence of Receptionist).

**Job Requirements**:

- Work experience in Accounting.
- Completion of Accounting education.
- Strong data entry and computer skills, including working experience with Microsoft Office and databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
