Real Estate Brokerage Recruiter and Broker Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic real estate brokerage as a Recruiter and Broker Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for actively recruiting and onboarding talented real estate agents to expand our team. Your primary focus will be making outbound calls, conducting phone interviews, and nurturing relationships with potential agents.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct proactive outreach and make outbound calls to potential real estate agents to generate interest in joining our brokerage
- Provide information about our brokerage, compensation structure, and available resources to prospective agents
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-performing agents
- Act as a liaison between the brokerage and agents, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in real estate recruitment or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential agents
- Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and work in a goal-oriented environment
- Familiarity with real estate industry practices, terminology, and market trends
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and applicant tracking systems
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- A valid real estate license is an asset but not required

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
