The job:
- Answer telephone, screen and forward incoming calls, or take detailed messages
- Organize electronic and physical files
- Handle mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Update and maintain internal contact list
- Keep reception area clean and well maintained
- Organize office supplies for the company
- Provide support for teams when necessary
- Minor housekeeping duties
- Other administrative duties, as assigned

**Summary**
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and employees, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your core skills in Microsoft Office, data entry, and multi-line phone systems will be essential in managing front desk operations efficiently. With strong organizational and communication skills, you will handle administrative tasks, maintain filing systems, and support various office functions. Your experience in customer support and clerical duties will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our organization, making you a vital part of our team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
