Six Pints Collective is currently seeking a **Brewer **to be part of our Brewing Team based at our **Granville Island Brewing** location based in **Vancouver, BC** This role will be focused on production operations within the small batch brewery. It is the hard work and attention to detail at this point in the process that ensures there is beer of the highest quality, prepared in the correct amounts, within the specified timelines. Excellence in this role helps set the entire business up for success.

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Brewing & Compliance**
- Following established brewhouse operating procedures in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitoring processes using routine quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Ability to troubleshoot when results are out of range or specification.

**Cellaring & Other**:

- Yeast collection and preparation for brewing requirements.
- Preparing tanks using established cleaning and sanitizing procedures
- Housekeeping of cellars work area and monitoring of required sanitation supply inventories
- Wort production, fermentation management, tank transfers, tank CiP

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1-3 years professional brewing experience.
- Post-Secondary brewing school education, considered a strong asset.
- Packaging and/or Quality Assurance experience, considered a strong asset.
- Serving it Right - British Columbia alcohol service certificate.
- A demonstrated problem solving/troubleshooting ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Passionate about great beer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
