Willow Park Wines & Spirits is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team on a temporary basis to support the planning and execution of our annual Charity Wine Auction. This event is a cornerstone of our community engagement, and we are looking for someone who can ensure its success while also assisting with day-to-day marketing initiatives. This is a fully on-site role, requiring hands-on involvement and collaboration with our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to plan and execute the Charity Wine Auction, including logistics, vendor coordination, guest management, and event-day support.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and task lists to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Manage event communications, including invitations, confirmations, follow-ups, and acknowledgements.
- Provide support for marketing projects, such as campaign coordination, content scheduling, and collateral development.
- Track and report on event and campaign progress, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
- Liaise with partners, sponsors, and internal teams with a professional and polished approach.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining contact lists, drafting communications, and updating project trackers.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in event coordination, project management, or marketing support.
- Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy and precision are non-negotiable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Flexible and highly adaptable to change, able to pivot quickly when plans shift.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude.
