We’re a growing team looking for a reliable, detail-oriented **Operations & Client Support Associate** to join us and help keep our projects — and our client relationships — running smoothly. About the Role This is a hybrid position that blends **customer service, light sales, admin support, and project coordination**. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for new leads, help organize client "wishlists," assist with contracts and change orders, and even head to job sites to snap photos or gather footage for marketing. You’ll also help coordinate our Airbnb rentals and ensure daily operations are organized and on track. What You’ll Do - Take initial inquiries, gather project info, and help clients build their wishlist - Enter client info into our CRM and support the sales handoff process - Draft and help manage **contracts and change orders**: - Maintain and coordinate **Airbnb schedules**, including cleaner communication - Capture **raw photo/video footage** at job sites for marketing use - Support coordination of small projects (< $300K) and assist on larger ones - Keep our systems organized (Google Drive, CRM, schedules) - Support team leads with various day-to-day tasks What We’re Looking For - You’re friendly, confident, and enjoy helping people - Highly organized, dependable, and detail-focused - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable visiting job sites and interacting with trades and clients - Experience in admin, sales coordination, or customer service preferred - Bonus: Familiar with construction, contracts, or Airbnb/hospitality - Bonus: Comfortable capturing phone video/photo content Compensation & Perks - **$50,000 - $58,000/year**, depending on experience - Performance bonuses available - Opportunities for growth into sales, project coordination, or marketing - Supportive team culture that values initiative and transparency - Work directly with company leadership and have a real impact How to Apply We’re looking to fill this role soon and will begin interviews on a rolling basis. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Bonus pay - Commission pay **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company car - Company events - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Flexible schedule - Mileage reimbursement - On-site parking Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - On call - Overtime - Weekends as needed **Education**: - Secondary School (required) **Experience**: - Customer Service or Construction: 1 year (preferred) **Location**: - Kitchener, ON N2G 2P3 (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kitchener, ON N2G 2P3 Expected start date: 2025-07-07
