**Que ferez-vous ?**
Nos étudiants Co-op en indemnisation travaillent en collaboration avec divers experts et gestionnaires chevronnés afin d’offrir un soutien à nos services de réclamations ainsi qu’à nos clients commerciaux.
En étant exposés aux réclamations, ils permettent à des entreprises canadiennes de poursuivre leurs activités en toute quiétude.
Tout au long de leurs parcours chez nous, ils optimisent leurs aptitudes et apprentissages en communication, en gestion et en analyse stratégique, tout en bâtissant un réseau et curriculum solide pour l’avenir.
En plus de leur assistance dans le traitement des demandes de règlement, nos étudiants Co-op en indemnisation travaillent sur des projets et tâches auprès de différentes équipes (Biens, Auto, Transport, Responsabilité civile).
Vos tâches consistent à être en relation avec les autres parties prenantes lorsque survient un sinistre, comme les autres assureurs impliqués au dossier; apporter votre support aux experts pour la gestion de certaines étapes des dossiers; participer au processus de recouvrement et à certains volets des réclamations des tierces parties; compléter la documentation nécessaire au bon fonctionnement et à l’avancement des dossiers.
En bref, vous participerez au processus d’indemnisation en étant un support technique et administratif clé au sein du département de l’indemnisation de Northbridge Assurance.
**Vous excellez**:
- En service à la clientèle, que ce soit avec les clients externes et internes
- En gestion du temps, et tâches multiples
- En compréhension rapide d’enjeux, et de respect des échéanciers
**Vous avez**:
- Une expérience en service à la clientèle doublée d’une mentalité d’équipe
- De l’autonomie et le sens de l’initiative
- Un français écrit et parlé de grande qualité, ainsi que la maitrise des logiciels bureautiques de base : word, excel, outlook.
