Total Rewards Analyst

The role conducts job analysis and evaluations to maintain the internal job hierarchy across all companies. They participate in salary survey analysis to ensure salary structures are competitive and equitable. The Total Rewards Analyst executes the annual merit and Variable Compensation review processes while partnering with People Excellence Business Partners.

In addition, analysis for benefit and pension plans, rewards management, and bringing forward recommendations for enhancements form part of the role.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Works closely with People Excellence Business Partners and acts as a trusted advisor on total rewards solutions to drive results
- Oversees, analyses, and executes total rewards processes and projects, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development and maintenance, benefit and pension plans, rewards programs, and salary and variable pay plan administration
- Benchmarks, analyses, and recommends total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees with a lens of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity
- Audits benefits and pension administration processes (provided by Payroll) such as orientation, enrolment, employee changes, and billing
- Liaises with outsourced providers and develop strong working relationships with Benefits Brokers and vendors. Participates in benefit plan renewals and plan design discussions
- Ensures the Enterprise compensation programs are administered consistently, compliant with internal guidelines, and government regulations
- Reviews and analyses rewards programs to ensure they deliver the desired employee experience and are competitive to retain talent
- Facilitates training and communication to support the roll out of total rewards programs and initiatives
- Develops and maintains total reward documents, communication materials, and prepare employee awareness campaigns for total rewards programs
- Is a resource for the collective bargaining process to analyse and prepare information related to total rewards
- Demonstrates excellence through effective and timely resolution of matters - making People Excellence 'easy to do business with'

**Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience**:

- 4+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience
- 2-3 years of compensation and variable pay experience preferred
- Experience developing and implementing Total Rewards programs
