**Job Summary**

Maverick XM is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Project Manager** to join our team and work under the Account Director to oversee the Nova Scotia Loyal program. This position requires a passion for experiential marketing and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will act as the face of the Nova Scotia Loyal brand, building and maintaining relationships with retail partners, and ensuring all program deliverables are met effectively and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Program Oversight**: Manage the execution of the Nova Scotia Loyal program under the guidance of the Account Director.
- **Retail Engagement**: Promote the Nova Scotia Loyal brand in retail locations, effectively communicating the brand's values and mission to both customers and store staff.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain positive relationships with retail partners, acting as the primary point of contact in your territory.
- **Store Visits**: Visit all stores in your territory bi-weekly (unless otherwise stated) to ensure program requirements are met.
- **Data Management**: Use a tablet and Outfield software for data input, tracking, and reporting.
- **Travel**: Be prepared to spend long periods on the road to meet the demands of the program.

**Requirements**:

- **Driver’s License**: Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
- **Technology**: Proficient with tablets and comfortable using data entry software such as Outfield.
- **Experience**:

- Merchandising experience (considered an asset).
- Experiential marketing experience (considered an asset).
- **Language Skills**: Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
- **Work Ethic**: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks with mínimal supervision.
- **Availability**: Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
