**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system.
- Maintain accurate data entry of customer information and order status updates.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support upselling opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending orders and resolve any issues that may arise during the order process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and coordinating with warehouse staff for order fulfillment.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual responsibilities efficiently.
- Familiarity with order management systems or similar software is preferred but not required.
