- Foster a strategic mindset across the organization, ensuring alignment between enterprise strategy and annual operational planning.

Initiative Lifecycle & Corporate Portfolio Management
- Oversee Initiative Governance, working closely with our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) to ensure a streamlined process from ideation to execution.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders for initiative planning, including training and guidance.
- Facilitate Initiative prioritization sessions with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and ensure corporate portfolio data is current.

- Lead the development of the annual corporate business plan and divisional/departmental plans.
- Continuously improve business planning through retrospectives and enhancements.

Resource Capacity Analysis

- Maintain and continuously improve tools, processes, and methodologies for data-driven problem solving and decision-making.
- Facilitate ELT and Resource Sub-Committee discussions, ensuring integration with divisional and departmental resource planning.

Facilitation & Internal Communication
- Lead monthly Integrated Business Planning Committee (IBPC) meetings and drive ongoing improvements.
- Deliver high-impact, facilitated sessions that enable data-driven problem-solving and decision-making across all organizational levels.

Leadership & Mentorship
- Manage and develop the Resource Capacity Analyst, ensuring workload balance and professional growth.
- Provide mentorship to co-op students, fostering diverse learning experiences.
- Contribute to departmental objectives and budget oversight.

**Qualifications & Competencies**
- Degree in Management or Business, or other related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a related strategy and planning role, with proven experience facilitating executive-level decision-making, guiding strategic thinking, and overseeing corporate planning processes.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, engaging presentation delivery, and superior organizational skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in portfolio management, performance reporting, and resource capacity analysis.
- Customer service and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

**Who we are**

You may not have heard of us before, but you’ve almost certainly heard of the products we help bring to players throughout the Prairie Provinces and the North every day; lottery games like LOTTO 6/49, SPORT SELECT, and dozens of instant scratch tickets.

WCLC is the non-profit organization authorized to manage, conduct, and operate lotteries - at retail and online - and other gaming-related activities for the governments of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba as well as the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. We work closely with our provincial partners to bring a first-rate lottery experience to our players and meet their changing needs with new technology and tools.

We know it’s our people that make this possible, which is why we invest in building talented, adaptable, and accountable teams. We’d love to talk to you about how you fit into that.
