**Job Overview**: As a Car Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling vehicles to customers, guiding them through the buying process, and providing an outstanding experience from start to finish. This is a 100% commission-based position, meaning your income is directly tied to your sales performance, with unlimited earning potential.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle pricing, financing options, and promotions.
- Negotiate prices and terms to close sales and meet customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership's inventory, industry trends, and financing options.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and previous customers to drive sales opportunities.
- Manage the sales process, including paperwork, contracts, and vehicle delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Work closely with the sales management team to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
**Requirements**:
- Previous sales experience (automotive sales experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use sales software/tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
**Compensation**:
- 100% commission-based structure. Your earnings will be determined by your individual sales performance.
