**Overview of position**:
This position provides first level contact customer service via in-person counter support and phone. This role also provides inside sales support.

**Key Responsibilities**: These duties include, but are not limited to:

- Being the first point of contact for walk in customers
- Over the counter sales of motors, pumps and controls, and parts
- Directing Service items as required
- Inputting of sales/quotes into computer system
- Confirms packing slips are in the correct batch prior to invoicing

Answering phone calls, directing calls, providing service and making sales over the phone
- Updating customer contact list as required
- Communicating when stock is running low
- Maintain office supplies
- Ensuring counter area is clean and free of obstructions
- Observing and following all safety procedures and use proper protective gear
- Other duties as assigned

**Experience / Qualifications/Education**:

- High School Diploma
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Previous sales/product knowledge asset but not required
- Highly motivated to learn about current and new products available
- Ability to work in a team and promote positive teamwork

**Working Conditions**:
Occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Standing, bending, twisting, sitting
- Dirty, dusty, odours
- Working on computer

**Work Distribution**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
