**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Warehouse Associate** with at least 2 years’ experience to join our team. This position provides a challenging work environment as well as, offers you the support you need to do your best. We hope our search ends with you.

**_ Key Activities Include:_**
- Order, maintain, organize and issue inventory of supplies and company equipment (equipment can weigh up to 70 lbs)
- Pick and Pack customer orders
- Count equipment and materials that go out and arrive back into the warehouse to/from client sites
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Prepare and review reports for equipment tracking
- Organize warehouse space, stock and maintain inventory
- Assist with repositioning, loading and unloading of equipment onto truck
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work under tight time constraints to meet specific timelines
- Practice good housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe/non-cluttered warehouse
- Clean warehouse daily
- Follows all health and safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation and handling of machines, forklift and equipment
- Promptly communicates client concerns that may be or are affecting completion of the job to the appropriate person

**_Skills & Abilities Required:_**
- 2+ years’ experience as a warehouse associate or similar role
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Forklift certified is an asset (will train)
- A high school diploma
- Experience in equipment/facility maintenance protocols is an asset
- Knowledge of common hand operated tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches
- Rudimentary mathematical knowledge
- Willingness to learn, take on new tasks and grow with the company
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work evenings, on call and weekends when requested
