Franklin Sandblasting & Painting Inc is a well-established industrial service company specializing in high-quality sandblasting, painting, and surface preparation. We are currently looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our operations team and help us continue delivering outstanding results to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive, inspect, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare orders for on-site crews, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
- Maintain inventory levels and update stock records.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Keep warehouse and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Assist with minor maintenance of tools and equipment when needed.
- Follow all company safety standards and protocols.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus (but not required).
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
