**Your Role: Operations Assistant**

As an Operations Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from warehouse to delivery. If you’re passionate about logistics, thrive in a dynamic environment, and enjoy supporting team success, this is your chance to make an impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Operations Manager in team development and maintaining efficient workflows.
- Ensure effective communication across all levels of staff to achieve team goals.
- Follow and enforce standard operating procedures set by management.
- Handle incoming products: receive, inspect, stock, and manage inventory.
- Process product returns: confirm quantities, assess conditions, and complete paperwork.
- Assign delivery tasks to drivers based on warehouse volumes.
- Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and managing personnel or third-party service providers.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support operations.

**What You Bring**:

- **Language Skills**: Fluent in both French (required) and Chinese (preferred).
- **Process-Oriented**: Strong ability to structure and implement efficient processes.
- **Communication Excellence**: Skilled in clear communication, conflict resolution, and people management.
- **Team Leadership**: Proven ability to motivate and support a team to achieve goals.
