Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of real estate properties.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Support the team in lease administration and tenant/landlord relations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Participate in project planning and execution.
  • Provide support for the Physical Security systems and their operation.
  • Provide administrative support to the facility management team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Real Estate, Business Administration, Facility Management).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in real estate or facility management is a plus.
