**L'offre**:
Notre équipe de recrutement est actuellement à la recherche d'un architecte de Solutions Data pour intervenir sur le design et l’implémentation de nouvelles architectures.
**Exigences techniques pour ce poste**:
- 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans une combinaison BI / Cloud / Big Data
- 2 ans à titre d’architecte de solutions et au moins 3 projets significatifs
- Expertise reconnue sur les technologies actuelles (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake ou Databricks)
- Maîtrise d’un langage de programmation et d’un framework comme Spark ou Pandas
- Maîtrise avancée de SQL (optimisation de requête, bonnes pratiques)
- Connaissance de Python, de Spark, de Pyspark, etc.
- Expérience en design et modélisation de solutions analytiques
- Expérience en gestion d'équipe à titre de référent technique
- Aisance à traiter en face à face et à parler en public
- Expérience en front-end et back-end, idéalement avec les outils Microsoft
- Curiosité, excellent relationnel, créativité, force de proposition
- Maitrise du français et de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Connaissance et expérience des différents processus, méthodologies et techniques de développement Agile - Atout
**Description du travail attendu**:
- Animer des ateliers de réflexion et faire des audits afin de proposer des recommandations
- Avoir un intérêt pour la partie Business
- Collaborer avec les équipes métiers et techniques pour cerner toutes les occasions
- Concevoir et recommander la meilleure modélisation de données possible
- Animer et fédérer les différentes équipes en vue de l'adoption de nouvelles architectures, pratiques, etc.
- Conseiller et orienter les analystes et les développeurs sur la partie technique
- Assurer une veille technologique permanente
- Anticiper les nouvelles tendances et être force de proposition
- Coacher et orienter les juniors et les intermédiaires au sein des projets grâce au mentorat
- Assister aux différents forums consacrés à la Data
