We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Tech Lead / Architect with strong experience in designing and developing end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, IXP, and Agentic AI. This role involves providing technical leadership, driving architectural decisions, ensuring governance compliance, and mentoring the development team to deliver scalable and intelligent automation solutions that align with enterprise standards.

• Architect, design, and develop scalable and reusable automation solutions using UiPath and IXP, ensuring performance and maintainability.
• Integrate Agentic AI capabilities to enable intelligent, adaptive automation workflows and decision-making capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess automation feasibility, and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Define and enforce governance standards, including compliance with security, PHI/PII masking, and enterprise data protection policies.
• Lead solution architecture discussions, providing technical direction and mentoring junior developers on automation design and coding best practices.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, maintain code quality, and drive standardization across the automation team.
• Conduct testing and deployment activities, including unit, integration, and UAT, ensuring seamless and reliable production rollouts.
• Monitor and optimize production bots, troubleshoot incidents, and continuously improve automation reliability and performance.
• Serve as the gatekeeper for production releases, validating code readiness and ensuring deployment quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AI, DevOps, and business teams to enhance automation capabilities, scalability, and efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging RPA and AI trends, such as Agentic and cognitive automation, and recommend innovative solutions to improve business outcomes.
• Provide technical advisory and thought leadership.

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
