**Job Summary**:
Are you ready to grow a game-changing brand that's redefining safety and performance in hockey? AYCANE is on a mission to eliminate fatal injuries in the sport with innovative, cut-resistant gear, and we're looking for a **Performance Marketing Specialist** to help us scale our impact globally.

**Your Mission**

Drive growth. Own our paid media channels. Scale what works and kill what doesn’t. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and creative team to fuel AYCANE’s DTC engine through data-driven decisions, smart testing, and a relentless focus on ROI.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Own all paid media (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Amazon, etc.)
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across global markets (focus: North America & Europe) under the lead of the Marketing Manager.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and messaging
- Collaborate with content & creative team to build thumb-stopping ads
- Report on performance metrics, LTV, ROAS, CAC and make actionable recommendations
- Identify new performance channels and growth hacks
- Stay on top of social media and digital trends to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant

**What you Bring**:

- 2-4 years of proven, hands-on experience in performance marketing within DTC/eCommerce
- Proven track record scaling paid campaigns profitably
- Strong skills in Meta & Google Ads platforms (TikTok, YouTube = bonus)
- Analytical mindset & love for data
- Creative instincts + the ability to brief and guide great content
- Passion for hockey or sports is a must

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
